  • Adaptable for Press-On Caps & Containers
    The cap press enables secure fitting of press-on lids and caps to a wide variety of container types. A coarse height adjustment combined with a fine adjustable stop allows accurate and repeatable pressing, while an adjustable bottle-positioning vee ensures the container is correctly aligned beneath the press pad.
  • Interchangeable Press Pads
    The standard press pad is a 50 mm diameter flat press. Interchangeable, specially shaped press pads can be manufactured to suit containers with shaped or contoured tops, providing additional flexibility across different product ranges.
  • Adjustable Design for Different Bottle Sizes
    The machine features adjustable height and depth settings to accommodate bottles ranging from 21–85 mm in diameter and up to 240 mm in height, supporting a wide range of bottle formats.
